Hey Guys

My dream have gotten really bad now. Im afraid of going to sleep so most of the time
Im just reading or watching teley untill I cant help it and fall asleep.
I have know idea what to do cause now getting no sleep is taking it toll on me during the day and on my health.

Im so scared of my nightmers. The feel sooo real when they happen. Last nights was one of the worst. I was with my Mum and Sister and we werent doing and thing really.
Then all of a sudden my throuth felt like I had swallowed something large and furry.
It was tickelling my throuth sooo baddly that I open my mouth and forced myself to
gag.The feeling now was in my mouth as well.

Then these tarantula spiders started to pour out of my mouth.
(They where the size of my palm and a light brown/ tannish.)

It felt like I was througing up these spiders.They didnt bite me but I couldnt stop them coming out of my mouth.It went on like this for ages millions of them just falling out of my mouth.

I could feel them crawling in my throuth and mouth.
My Mum and Sister freaked out but helped, they'd keep my hair out off my face and hug me ect, but they couldnt stop the spiders. It only ended when I woke up which was at 4 in the morring, with a sore throuth too I might add

Yeah so they are getting pretty bad.
If anyone has ANY ideas to stop or any adivice it would be soooo much appricated.

My dreams have come back, their arent any really bad nightmares
but they still freak me out 8C

Since yesterday morring Ive been really depressed and I dont know why.
I had a good day on Monday, fantastic on Tuesday but Wednesday was really bad.
Everything went pear-shaped ear::sigh:
Oh well! ( I guess Im just complaining)

Anyway the bushfires in Victora is really sadding. Even more so that most of them
where lit purpesly*. I hope they cach the firebugs and hopefuly they'll get charged with
murder and get life. It so amazing though, that over 30 million$ has been rasis
for the victmes.
